What is Grootspay Plus membership?
Grootspay Plus is our annual membership plan (₹200/year) that includes member-only resources, priority support, live Q&A sessions with educators, and a digital certificate when you complete your plan. See details on the Membership section of our homepage.
Do I get a certificate after completing a course?
Yes. Eligible programs include a certificate of completion from Grootspay when you finish the required lessons and assessments. Certification exam vouchers (AWS, CompTIA, PMI, etc.) are separate and subject to availability.
How long do I have access to a course?
Most purchased courses include lifetime access to materials on our platform, so you can revisit lessons and resources at your own pace. Specific terms may vary for bundles or promotions and will be shown at checkout.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible course purchases if you have consumed less than 20% of the content. Full details are in our Return Policy. Email info@grootspay.com to request a refund.
